If you would like to build your own speakers this is a useful tool for
calculating the dimensions of a box for any particular speaker.
The only information required
to calculate speaker dimension is the volume in cubic feet - the
optimal box enclosure, which most speaker companies provide. The
program takes under consideration the thickness of the board and
calculates the dimensions of all 6 sides accordingly. It has 2
preset ratios for shape of the box and ability to adjust the
ratio for a custom speaker shape. |
